Returns and Refunds
Lumiere Diffuse aims to ensure that all purchases meet the Customer’s expectations. In the event of an issue with a product, returns and refunds shall be conducted according to the following terms.
Returns
The Customer may exercise the right to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must remain in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return Instructions
Please contact Lumiere Diffuse at bewithus@lumierediffuse.com to request a return. Once approved, we will provide detailed instructions and the return address. Items should only be returned after confirmation from our team.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product following the return instructions and place a new order. This ensures proper inspection and accurate processing.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, Lumiere Diffuse will notify the customer of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund approval, contact bewithus@lumierediffuse.com.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
In accordance with EU law, customers within the European Union may withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason, provided the items remain unused and in their original condition.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or our mistake. Detailed instructions will be provided once the return is confirmed.
Processing Time
Returns are typically processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received. Customers will receive email confirmation once the refund is issued.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order products are subject to specific conditions outlined in Article 12 of our Terms of Sale. We encourage customers to review these terms before placing a pre-order.
