Shipping Policy

At Lumiere Diffuse, all shipping shall be conducted in the most efficient and transparent manner.Shipping shall be conducted according to the following terms:

Processing Time:

Lumiere Diffuse products are made to order. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days before shipping.

Delivery Zones, Fees & Estimated Times:

France (Zone 1): 3–5 working days

Free shipping

Nearby EU countries (Zone 2): 4–7 working days

Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Portugal

Pickup Point: €10, Home delivery: €13

Other EU countries (Zone 3): 5–8 working days

Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Malta, Cyprus

Pickup Point: €15, Home delivery: €18

Customs Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

Currently, shipping is available only within the European Union.
For any future international orders outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, and other related charges may apply and will be the customer’s responsibility. Lumiere Diffuse cannot be held liable for customs delays or additional fees.

Potential Delays During Holiday Seasons

During peak holiday periods, shipping carriers may experience delays due to high volume. Patience and understanding are appreciated.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but the package has not been received, Lumiere Diffuse must be contacted within 10 days of the delivery date at bewithus@lumierediffuse.com to file a claim. Claims may take up to 30 days depending on the carrier.

Product Inspection

All products must be inspected within 14 days of delivery. Any issues (damage, incorrect item, etc.) must be reported within this timeframe via bewithus@lumierediffuse.com.
